- The hackathon is open to anyone interested in data analysis, visualization, and problem-solving.
- Participants under 18 must have parental/guardian consent.
2. Registration & Participation
- Registration is free.
- Participants must provide accurate information during registration.
- Team members can be updated by replying to the confirmation email before the submission deadline.
3. Event Rules
- Participants will receive a dataset and must work independently or in teams.
- Submissions must be original work created for this hackathon.
- All submissions must follow the provided submission guidelines and deadlines.
4. Intellectual Property
- Participants retain ownership of their work.
- By submitting, participants grant The Ambivert’s Code™ and its sponsors a non-exclusive license to showcase submissions for promotional or educational purposes.
5. Judging & Prizes
- Judging decisions are final.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated.
- Prizes may include cash, software licenses, course access, or other items as announced.
6. Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, mentors, judges, and sponsors.
- Any misconduct may result in disqualification.
7. Privacy & Recruitment
- Participant information will only be shared with sponsors if consent is given for recruitment purposes.
- By registering, participants agree to receive emails related to the hackathon and optional promotional content if they checked the consent box.
8. Liability
- The Ambivert’s Code™ is not responsible for technical issues, lost submissions, or personal damages.
- Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
9. Updates & Communication
- The Ambivert’s Code™ reserves the right to modify rules, schedule, or event details.
- Participants will be notified of changes via the email provided at registration.
