Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for digital courses, physical merchandise, paid sessions, coaching sessions, and events from The Ambivert’s Code™.


Digital Courses (Soft Tech Toolkit & Others)

Due to the nature of digital content and instant access, all course sales are final. Once you’ve enrolled and accessed the materials (including videos, worksheets, or downloads), we cannot offer a refund.

Please review the course description, lessons, and any previews before purchasing. Still unsure? Reach out via he***@**************de.com before buying — we’re happy to help!


Physical Products (Merchandise)

All merchandise is produced and shipped via third-party partners (like Printify) and printed on demand, meaning it’s custom made just for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item

If this happens, email he***@**************de.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work with our print provider to make it right.


Paid Sessions, Coaching, & Events

All paid sessions, coaching appointments, and event registrations are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: one-on-one coaching, group coaching, strategy calls, workshops, and webinars.

Please ensure your availability and interest before booking. If you are unable to attend a session or event, you may request a reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Requests outside of this window will not be honored.


Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order, session, or event registration has been processed. For physical products, most items begin printing within 1–2 hours of purchase. For sessions and events, spots are reserved immediately upon payment.

Please double-check your selections and schedule before completing checkout.


Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment is declined or later disputed without a valid reason, your access to digital products, community features (such as The Ambivert Circuit), sessions, or events may be revoked. If you believe there’s been an error, reach out promptly so we can resolve it.
